An AI Orchestrator is a principal-level architect who commands AI agents to deliver enterprise software solutions. You don't write code—you architect systems, provide context, and direct AI agents to execute. Think of it as being the conductor of an AI orchestra.
Orchestrators can handle as many engagements as they can realistically manage. Our expectation is approximately 3 concurrent engagements on average. Some do more, some do less—it depends on your capability and workload preferences.
We operate on a true 1/3 partnership model: 33% to the Orchestrator (delivery), 33% to Sales (acquisition), and 33% to ESS (operations, marketing, infrastructure). This is a shared-success structure where all three parties win together.
With 3 concurrent engagements at $35,000/month each, an Orchestrator's third equals approximately $35,000/month or $420,000/year. High performers managing more engagements can earn significantly more.
We expect $5M/year as a baseline for Sales Partners. At the 1/3 split, that's approximately $1.65M/year. We're looking for seven-figure sales talent who want uncapped upside aligned to real delivery.
This is a true partnership, not employment. Partners manage their own expenses, supply their own tools, and operate as independent business owners. No salary, no cap—your income scales with your performance.
Orchestrators work with Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding assistants. You'll build RAG systems, MCP servers, and agent architectures. The AI does the coding; you provide the architecture and context.
Anywhere. This is fully remote. Build from your home office, from a coffee shop, from the beach. What matters is delivery, not location.
