What do we need to prepare?
We handle everything. The 2-day intensive can be delivered on-site at your location (continental US) or virtually via Zoom. On-site delivery includes a flat $4,000 travel fee ($2,000/day) covering all travel, lodging, and expenses — no hidden costs. For on-site, just provide a conference room with a screen and whiteboard. The 4 weekly 1-hour coaching calls are always virtual via Zoom. We send a brief pre-immersion questionnaire to customize the content to your business.
How many people can participate?
Up to 25 participants per program. The $18,500 flat rate covers your entire group, making it an excellent value for leadership teams of any size.
What happens after the two days?
You get four weekly 1-hour virtual coaching calls after the intensive.
